Extract from the terms and conditions of the E-tropolis Festival organiser.

Security checks will be carried out by security staff at the entrances to the event venue.
It is prohibited to bring film and sound recording devices, any glass objects (except for medicines),
weapons of any kind, torches, pyrotechnic objects, and other dangerous objects.
In the event of violations, these items will be confiscated by security staff and will not be returned.
The organizer may refuse entry to visitors carrying prohibited items.
If there is an important reason, in particular if a visitor commits a criminal offense (e.g., bodily harm, theft, drug dealing)
on the event grounds,the organizer is entitled to exclude that person from the event.
If the organizer exercises its right of exclusion, If the organizer exercises its right of exclusion,
the ticket/wristband loses its validity.
Any claim for a refund of the ticket price is excluded.
Please follow the instructions of the security staff.
Any criminal offense will be reported immediately.
Wearing and displaying anti-constitutional symbols is prohibited.
Violations will result in immediate exclusion from the event without refund of the admission price.
We expressly point out that concerts involve a risk of hearing and health damage due to high noise levels.
The organizer is not liable for hearing and health damage.
The purchase of tickets for resale is prohibited.
Please help protect the environment and, in particular, avoid littering.
The unauthorized creation of fire pits is prohibited.
Visitors enter the concert grounds at their own risk.
No liability is accepted for damage to property or personal injury.
Visitors are also responsible for their own travel to and from the event and park their vehicles at their own risk.
The organizer accepts no liability for any damage to vehicles.
Cancellation, termination, or program changes: Visitors enter the event grounds at their own risk.
They are also responsible for their own travel to and from the event and park their vehicles at their own risk.
The event organizer cannot be held liable for damage to property or personal injury
during the event or for any damage to vehicles.
The visitor enters the event area at his/her own risk. The event organizer cannot be held
responsible for injuries or damage to private property.
Every visitor is responsible for traveling to and from the event and parks his/her car at his/her own risk.
The event organizer cannot be held responsible for damage to the car.
1. In the event of cancellation of the E-tropolis Festival, you are entitled to a refund of the admission price
  excluding advance booking fees. Refunds will be issued by the respective advance booking office
  where the ticket(s) was/were purchased and upon presentation/return of the admission ticket(s).
2. The E-tropolis Festival will take place in all weather conditions!
  Should weather conditions pose a danger to the life, limb, or health of visitors, artists, or staff,
  we reserve the right to cancel the E-tropolis Festival immediately.
  In the event of cancellation of the E-tropolis Festival due to weather conditions,
  cancellation due to other reasons of force majeure,
  officialorders, or court decisions, there is no entitlement to a refund of the ticket price or compensation,
  unless the organizer can be charged with gross negligence or intent.
3. With the festival ticket, the visitor acquires the right to participate in the E-tropolis Festival with numerous
  live concerts and supporting program items within the festival grounds.
  The festival grounds comprise the areas assigned by the organizer within the turbine hall complex.
  Due to the large number of individual program items, program changes, the cancellation or deletion
  of individual concerts, including announced headliners, cannot be ruled out.
  In such cases, visitors shall have no claims against the organizer.
  Delays or rescheduling of individual program items (running order), in particular those that occur
  during the ongoing festival event, must be accepted by visitors.
  Any changes to the program will be announced by the organizer without delay.
  Depending on the time of the change, the organizer reserves the right
  to make the announcement by publishing it on www.etropolis-festival.de
  or by posting program notices or making announcements on the festival grounds.
  In the event of cancellation of the E-tropolis Festival, visitors are entitled
  to a refund of the admission priceexcluding advance booking fees.
  Refunds will be issued by the respective advance booking officewhere
  the ticket(s) was/were purchased and upon presentation/return of the ticket(s).
